Diagrams
Submitted by Marta on Mon, 2010-01-25 09:11.I was thinking of subscribing the magazine because I think is just wonderful and in here Portugal we don't have this kind of crochet magazines, only the old style ones :)...
But I have a question: do you use diagrams or the text explaining the pattern?
I only know how to read diagrams :(
unfortunately

V Stitch
Submitted by ppieper on Thu, 2009-10-01 17:02.This started out as a good guide when she was explaining the symbols. I know how to do the v stitch and I was confused. I don't want to see the two ladies faces when I should be seeing what she is doing with the hook and yarn. I am looking at your videos to see if they can improve on what I have taught myself with diagrams. So far this video has failed to deliver the necessary info.

one suggestion about video
Submitted by elvirarose on Fri, 2009-07-17 21:38.I think it would be a little more helpful for a person who is learning how to read diagrams, if you were to show the diagram as you were demonstrating the pattern....for example: you are starting a new row and you did a chain, show the diagram again to show that it says chain, then complete the chain. Then show the diagram and point to the part where it says the next step, single crochet..and then do it..and so on. Although this video is useful, I still do not fully understand how to follow a diagram! THANK YOU THOUGH! :) Please keep in mind, I am still new at this! :)
